When I complained about this: there was urine in the toilet, remote didn't have batteries, dirty diaper in trash can in bathroom. They apologize and offered me $50 off my stay.

Disappointed The room smelled.... seem they didn’t have everything together when I arrived. Overall uncomfortable I wont be booking again

The towels had food particles wrapped inside and ketchup smeared in them which I found out when I got out of the shower to use. The floors had fuzzy things on the floor in the room. The internet did not work bc they typed in my last name wrong and the person at the desk did not even know what they did wrong. I had to call IT my self to figure out what happened

Had to change the rooms three times. Requested non-smoking room but ended up getting a room that was filth with marijuana smoke and residues on the table..requested to change the room The second time and received a room with dirty and muggy carpet. Couldn’t get a refund so ended up changing it for the third room which had an old bar soap in the bathroom and crumbs on the bedroom. Informed the front desk. Hopefully the manager can address this issue with their cleaning team before things get worse.

Avoid Filthy, toilet didn’t work, terrible smell

Overall the room was a good size. Staff was unprofessional and we had to take out our trash and constantly ask for things. The facility was short on pillows and they allowed all types of pets. Breakfast was very basic. Will not stay there again.

I chose this Extended Stay over the one on Hillsborough Ave because it had a higher rating. If this one is truly better than I would hate to stay at the other one because this one was truly awful. The hallways and room had a weird odor, but they paled in comparison to the stairway, which smelled so, so bad. The “clean” towels were often dirty. The hotel and staff were extremely disorganized. When I arrived they could not locate my reservation. I was told that I needed to book the reservation again and pay a second time and then attempt to get a refund from Orbitz. I had to call the Orbitz office for them to fax over confirmation of the reservation. I waited in the lobby for almost an hour for this to get resolved.
