Don’t book here Dirty place old and smells bad. Toilet backed up and staff did nothing. Reported Problem three times and was offered a plunger the next morning after third request to have the issue resolved. Staff not very accommodating not enough linens in room and had to make multiple requests to get linens for the sofa bed and an additional towel. I would not stay here again and don’t recommend the place. Also had roaches

Not so good Non smoking room smelled smoke and with it was difficult to stay. They promised to change the room, but their system went down and they weren’t able to change. Sofa bed is so bad that had to sleep on the floor to avoid infection. No pillows were provided for sofa bed. Overall, I would not go to same hotel again.

I liked the kindness and helpfulness of the front staff. I didn’t like that there was no Suttle to the airport, my room was dirty (trash was still in trash can under the kitchen sink, bathroom towels were like rags, lights in bathroom and room entry were out and in.

Poor quality of rooms and service. It was not in a good condition as the other extended stays I have stayed before. Not worth for the money. You will get Ramada by Windham for 54/ night, Marriott for 83/night, paying 78 for this room is really wasting of money. I booked this hotel only for the kitchen facilities but there were non. I didn’t get any kitchenware many times after requesting, when I got few items it was broken items, so I couldn’t use. The clerk at check-in needed much more training. Our check-in took close to an hour because the clerk did not know how to change a room type due to overbooking. She had to call another property (on speaker phone) to be walked through the process. The clerk would also say room numbers out loud in the presence of other guests. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee in the morning. The breakfast was Grab & Go, not Continental as advertised on Expedia. The room itself was adequate for our needs.

Unable to stay, hotel was overbooked. Found this out upon calling to confirm our late arrival (2 AM) and being told it “happens all the time” by a very rude attendant.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke and dogs. Water smelled like sewage..property greatly needs upgrade,
