Upon arrival with reservation said they didn’t have any rooms. Then ten minutes later they found one. Then the room they gave us had stains and a smell that forced us to leave in the middle of night.

We had to keep asking for everything . No sheets for sofa bed. Kitchenette had no dishes, etc. called 3 in in for a wake up call and then called 3 time all not at the time we asked for. The employees were very helpful and nice, but my husband was totally displeased and will never go there again.

Set your alarm clock! Nice place but room had no washcloths and they never gave me my 5 am wake-up call.

Every thing was very dissapointing, but specially breakfast. The coffee container was empty, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to replace it! Very bad service all around.

The beddings were dirty and the room was stuffy trush wasn’t emptied.. wasn’t happy at all

didn't like anything want a refund for the hotel it was terrible and being that it was my first vacation I ever took was very dissatisfied
