Horrible room and very smelly ! Everything abt the room was disgusting

The person on duty that night has an attitude issue she should not be in the hospitality business. She should be working far from people because she does not have people quality

The place smelled horrible and we had to switch rooms twice just to find s sofa bed that wasn’t completely disgusting. There was no room safe or computer for guests to use. The breakfast was granola bars and oatmeal. The dresser drawer was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and the room didn’t have any dishes in it. They were able to scrape together some bowls, plates and cups but no spoons or pans. Very disappointing!!

For the price of the room, I was really disappointed overall. The check-in staff Tyasha was amazing. When we walked in the room there was a roach on the counter, the chairs had brown stains on it, the pull out coach bed had so many stains on the mattress it was horrible. Thank God we brought our a blow up mattress for the kids. There is stains in the carpet. No remote control for the TV, the air-conditioning was awesome. Oh let's talk about the continental breakfast- what a joke granola bars and muffins... Smh.
