Get what you pay for. Front desk lady was rude, told they were overbooked, then gave me somebody else’s room who hadn’t checked in yet. Room smelled, shower got luke warm at best.

Fleas and nasty washing facilities. There were fleas all over our room and we had to vacate the room and go to another room. We had to put all of our stuff in trash bags and re wash everything including our bags into ensure we did not take them with us when we left. My daughter got flea bites all over. It was the worst place I have ever been. On top of that the washing facilities they had were not kept up. 2 machines didn’t work and one of the dryers I went to throw my clothes in after the washing them due to the flea incide... read more

The place it is not nice, not the personal it is pretty good

We had to wait on washcloths to come from the wash, no large dishes, no baking sheets for the oven and no ice machine on the property... at an “extended stay”hotel just makes no sense. They were far from full so it’s not that they ran out of these items. It clearly states you can request kitchen items and they will be brought to you, I was told to come down and get them. 2 of my personal beach towels were stolen from the pool deck when I went to take my daughter to the bathroom in our room! We travel to Tampa often for dance... read more

We had a horrible stay from start to finish. We got in around 2am and had to wait 10 to 15 mins because the computer system was down and lobby stunk bad. The elevator was really noisy and when we opened the door to our room we immediately noticed huge stain on the carpet and sofa chair cushions were disheveled(have pics) It was after 2am and AC was set at 61 so it was quite cool and the bed only had a sheet and very thin “blanket”(morclike a thicker sheet). The room smelled as did the hall, they wanted to charge us 25.00 if we checked in at 1:30 pm instead of 3:00, didn't have blankets for pull out, found bugs in bathroom
