The first room I was assinged to half the electricy did not work. The second room was not cleaned the third and final room seemed ok untill the roaches should up! I. Fact i lest early and spent hours at the airport just to get away from the roaches

The whole place gave me a bad vibe. I never felt more like I was going to find bed bugs in my life.

The fire alarm went off at 3 AM due to a faulty AC circuit breaker This is poor maintenance This is a controllable event that should never have happened The night desk woman was threatened and treated with total disrespect and was lucky not to be harmed In the future the police should be called to secure the desk area especially at that time of night

Awful stay It smelled, service was not good and I got no sleep because the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to an AC unit issue that sparked the alarm. We all had to evacuate for over an hour. Terrible experience.

No one available for over 15 minutes to check you in at midnight. While the place was clean, the fact that there wasn’t even a cup in the room to get a drink of water was ridiculous! The tepid shower after a 2 AM fire alarm for smoking unit in hallway sent us over the edge. Place needs serious help!!

I can in NO WAY recommend anyone stay here. I stayed here on Jan. 17 2019. The housekeeping staff stole 2 shirts and a belt. They also left my bed soaking wet, I have no clue why it was wet and I can only image what it was wet from. They never checked the sheets before they made up the bed. The front desk gave me another comforter as they have ZERO STAFF besides the desk. That comforter had at least a dozen cigarette burns in it. What is wrong with these people. Never again. This hotel can not be trusted.

roaches, dripping shower, light bulbs missing, light bulbs out, cold shower. Not sure how it could have been much worse.

Would never stay again Very run down and disappointing. Worst Extended Stay brand hotel I have stayed at. Breakfast wasn't attended to. Rooms had heavy smell of smoke. Employees weren't very friendly.

I arrived at 130 am after being in the air for 6 hours. They apparently stop checking people in at 12am so they gave my room away. No call, no email, nothing. What kind of business is this?
