Poor Experience at the Extended Stay Tampa(Airport Unfortunately, the room's HVAC unit was not working properly so there was no heat in the room during the night when temperatures outside fell into the 40's outside. Additionally, the water coming from the shower head was luke warm at best. While the room was clean, front desk was attentive at check in, and rooms large - - I am disappointed in the hotel overall. The entire hotel smelt like cheap cigarettes and pot. The room had nothing in it, no coffee pot, dishes, nothing. The shower was a hand held type that the hose collapsed and had to hold up in order for water to come out.

This hotel os advertised with a shuttle and continental breakfast. There was no shuttle and their "continental breakfast" is packaged oatmeal and muffins. No hardboiled eggs, yogurt, or even cereal. Super disappointed that the advertised things taken into account for the value of the room were not available.

The staff was friendly however the room not so great! The bathtub had some black stuff in it and the sleeper sofa was awful! The regular bed was ok but sleeper was so bad ! The mattress was bout an inch thick and felt like there was wire springs in it. Luckily 20 year old daughter sleepy on it. I would have Not been able to walk the next day

When I tried to check in at the front desk, the clerk was to busy ordering her dinner on the phone to check me in. We had dirty towels in the bathroom from the previous tenant. No hair dryer in the room. When I asked for a hairdryer at the front desk, the one they gave me didn't work. And we had bugs in the room. Not a pleasant stay.

Room was shabby and poorly appointed. TV appeared to be out of 1999 and some of the bathroom fixtures were damaged and unsightly. There were no clean towels or sheets brought to the room. "Breakfast" consisted of some unremarkable coffee and stale packaged muffins or granola bar. That's it. The only thing positive I can say about this place is the staff was pleasant. Won't ever go back.

I was killing about 2 roaches per day. Ugghhhh!!! I was put by the trash room so the noise level was really high. There was a musty smell that I could not shake. There were roaches... Ughh! They noticed this as well and said they will be exterminating the whole building later in the week...Honestly, the whole stay was a mess and I was very thrilled to be leaving there. I will never stay here again. I do not recommend!

Stains on carpet, paint chipped off the walls, 3 beer cap and 1wine cap found under the bed. Nasty Place.
