The hotel staff seemed like there was some place they’d rather be than at work. I arrived a few minutes before check-in and they made me wait 15 minutes in the lobby to check-in until the prescribed time. There we’re cockroaches in the bathroom. I have stayed at Extended Stay properties twice before in other cities and have had similar experiences. I see a pattern here and will not be back.

Was close to airport only good thing about this place

Very dirty place. Furniture and walls were filthy the couch bed had no bedding on it and was all stained up. Entry to the hotel was dirty and the woman at the desk was rude.

Not Recomended Motel Very run down property,dirty,cigarette smell , not worth the price, false statement in regards to shuttle service NONE. Was c/x two months before but still advertising service. Will never return.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional, my room was dirty and had bugs everywhere and they didn’t want to move me to another room. They were very nasty to be when I complained about the bugs. They also gave away my booked room for the original day of my arrival which left me to have to sleep in my car with my 9yr old child. I was extremely disappointed.

The room had a horrid stench upon entering. I sprayed Lysol, hoping that it would help. It didn’t. The bathroom was dirty. Hair was in the tub and on the towels... how was one supposed to take a shower and dry off with someone else’s hair all over the towels? Finally, the bed sheets were filthy. It’s almost as if they kept the previous’ guests sheets on the bed and made the bed up. I would never book here again!

bugs ..floor warped and dirty socks from previous guest ..slept on top of bed and with lights on ..2 hours of sleep at the most...not recommend

No shuttle service to airport. Internet not working properly. No business center to print boarding passes. Hotel needs to be refurbished.

Room has roaches & tub does not flow properly when running shower water was filling up.
