Despite having a reservation, I was told there were no rooms available when I arrived to check in. Chris, from Expedia, tried for 90 minutes to find a room in the area for me, but the best she could do was find a room 22 miles away. Not what I needed after traveling 1,000 miles and had an early AM meeting the next day

Not again Guess it should have dawned on me by the name that people were living there. No breakfast. Canceled second stay for after cruise.

The room was dirty. There were snack bags under furniture. When ready for bed, attempted to pull out sleeper sofa and found additional trash and crumbs. No telephone in roomyo contact front desk. Had to wait over 4 hours to receive linens and that was only after contacting guest relations of room issues. Room key would not access room without going to front desk to deactivate each time. No vending machines for snacks, only soda machine.

the room was not clean. I had an early flight and was told a van would be there to take me @ 5:25am. there was no one on duty, the front doors were wide open and no Van I had to call a cab and just made my flight. I am going to dispute this with AMEX and not pay

Big Roaches I got to the room only to find a roach the size of a small mouse hanging out near the sofa. I reloaded all my stuff into the car and left.
