Terribly disappointing and staff unhelpful Dirty and Roaches in your rooms. I booked 4 rooms and each one had the same issue. The bedding was stained, carpets stained. Slept with the light on and in my clothes. Reception was not helpful in any way as they needed a manager to talk to. Left a message for the manager to call me and was not surprised that I never got a call back. Working with Hotels.Com to resolve. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was awful, bugs, cockroaches, poor service, just a bad experience.

Never again!! The room was dirty, stunk and the noise from outside made it impossible to sleep.

Super noisy A/C unit in the hall, must be broken. Really strong cleaning chemical smell in room. Staff not nice and not helpful.

Staff went Ere not friendly. Although they have kitchens there are no plates/pans not sure why you would call extended stay with nothing in the rooms

Really bad experience Not good - old hotel, staff are always in back - takes 10-15 minutes sometimes to get anyone at the desk. Watched several people just give-up. The hotel is dirty, smells like smoke. I was sent to 3 different rooms at check-in. The first the lock did not work (made 2 trips to that room, trying 4 keys none of which worked).
