Roaches no tv service 1st hotel had roaches so they moved us to another extenda stay about 5 miles away , that room was smaller no couch , no desk , no tv service , dish network didn’t work only cnn or shopping network worked, room was adequate Ac worked well , personally I will never ever stay at this hotel chain again . I was given refund for 1 night due to bugs but it was my anniversary weekend and it could have ruined it if I let it . Not worth it imo pay a little more for better accommodations

I arrived for a close to midnight check in from a late flight. My room had to be changed because the originally assigned room needed to be cleaned. I asked for a wake up call when checking in and was told to check the phone when I got to the room because some of the phones didn't work. Well, not only did the phone not work, it was missing half of the buttons. The interior of this hotel is VERY OUTDATED and the place smells terrible. The elevator was very loud and rickety. Arrived at hotel was told no clean rooms available then I was told they will clean the room then give me a call when finished. I told the staff I will grab a bite to eat and come back 2 hours past and no call came back to hotel only to be told the room had not yet been cleaned. Then I had to wait and additional 45 min for the linen to be cleaned and dried this was the worst experience I have ever had booking with you guys

El hotel está bien pero el personal es malo El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto y la habitación está limpia y muy bien . Lo único malo (además de la mala atención del personal) es un fuerte olor a ambientador o algo parecido.

Yuck - infested with cockroaches!!! The lamps by the bed and on the dresser did not work, and the hairdryer didn't work. The only good thing was the size of the room and no issue with the TV. Would not recommend staying here unless they fumigate the facility.

Hallways smelled, trash in halls; no waste paper baskets in room, empty shampoo bottles left in shower and on floor. Toilet leaked throughout the night. Tank top on toilet didn't fit toilet (tank was oblong-lid was square). Phone didn't work in room.

Disgusting! Hotel infested with roaches! Called down to the front desk and they keep blowing me off about moving to another room and refused to provide refund
