Wasn’t going to complain, but since you asked… My experience was disappointing. First off, upon walking up to the desk, I had to look over a pile of kitchen items blocking my view of the female clerk who suddenly appeared & seemed a bit brash & hurried. Entered the room which was cold & dreary! Kept a pair of socks on because floor was so cold. Bathrm had two little rounds of soap -1 for sink 1 for tub. No shampoo/conditioner or body lotion! The floor was sticky, the bathroom sink was plugged, and my RAV4 got keyed in the parking lot. No cameras outside

As soon as you walk in this facility smells dirty, we spent the night for Fathers Day weekend and will not be coming back.

Too old. Maintenance needed. Need maintenance! Curtain rail is broken down. A whole on wall for door stopper Old style bathroom specially bus tub and shower. Anyway everything is old.

So over priced!!! We had to leave our first room because the air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off on the runway. Awful!!! The mattress is horrible!!!! Doesn’t feel clean. You get a grab and go breakfast snack after paying the amount we paid. Would absolutely never stay again. Don’t care if the price gets reduced. Extended Stay is really quick departure. Could leave soon enough.

The bed was not stable. Sitting at the end lifted. It felt like the bed was going to flip on top of you. Found personal belongings to other customers that stayed before us. The stove top did not work. The floor was not swept or clean. The shower nozzle needed to be cleaned. It sprayed everywhere. I had to clean it to make it work correctly. The TV microwave and refrigerator all worked well. The staff was friendly.

Booked 2 Queens, when we got there they did not have the room. Gave us a king instead . Place is built cheap could here people upstairs moving stuff around until 3:30 am Never again
