For a non-smoking hotel, there were plenty of people smoking in rooms, and close to entry ways. The freeway noise was oppressive. The hotel should have been constructed better. Additionally, we booked a room with a queen bed, and we got stuck with 2 uncomfortable full sized beds that we squeezed into. They should refund part of what was paid. The experience was pretty bad.

TOWELS in bathroom had black footprints. Furniture in very poor condition. Kitchenette with no dishes Very noisy after midnight This is the second worst hotel i have ever stayed in. For the price i was extremely disappointed. I do not wish to book this hotel Again. I booked LaQuinta Inn the next night And it is much cleaner and more amenities at lower price.

I do not like to get negative reviews, but my poor review of the property is in relation to the $207/night price tag and hope someone does not get taken like I did. The hotel is dirty and dingy, the hallway floors are stained walking into the rooms, the fridge in the room made a clunking noise all night long, AC was noisy, rooms are not not quite at all, can hear people talking next door and the list goes on. Hotel of Your Nightmares! This hotel is occupied by 80% residents. You can see into their rooms and it looked like hoarders lived there. There were signs placed throughout the hotel (indoor/outdoor) that clearly state "NO SMOKING" yet there was countless people smoking at all hotel entrances. Disgusting Went down to Temecula for a friends wedding & at the time of booking this was the only place available. Checking in was easy & the clerk was very friendly. The room was dirty. Cigarette burns in the carpets & bathroom floors. The tub & shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We didn’t even bother with the bed. We just grabbed our stuff & left. After looking through the booking sites & calling around for a couple hours we finally found a room at another hotel.
