The room was not as advertised. Very poor conditions. Not up to date. Bed bugs and bed bug bites

Beds were smaller then expected and not comfortable

My stay was not good, got a stuffy nose from heater - or maybe dust . The door latch was loose had to tighten with my on key screwdriver. Didn’t feel safe. I left early . Would be nice to get a discount on another stay. We go to that area quite a bit. I would not want the same room which was 131. Paul

Don’t recommend Staff was nice. Hotel, dirty, dated and overpriced. Would not recommend

dirty and inconvenient First of all the elevator was out service, we had to carry our luggages up 3 floors and down. Next, the room smelled terrible when we walked in. Then we found a cockroach in the bathroom and the tub was not in good condition.We didn’t even want to sleep in those beds considering everything smelled dirty. The ONLY good thing were the employees at the front desk. 3 different ladies helped us and they were great. Refund I seriously wouldn’t stay there ever again.. i found 2 roaches in my bathroom and another in the room..and walking in the lobby was a disgusting smell that was horrible we had to leave i could not even bare staying the night there .. would really want a refund.
