absolutely the worst. It looks nice in the pictures, but is not. the smell of marijuana was overpowering in the halls. once we got into the room, forget it, was unable to stay there. we felt unsafe. people outside sitting in their cars and walking around-loitering. I tried to get a credit or refund thru expedia, they acted like they were going to help me, I followed up twice, but NOTHING!!!!! lost $379.00 behind this...NEVER using Expedia again, no help at all.

We got a no smoking room that smelled badly like smoke. There were two or three rooms that had barking dogs. The property felt old and run down for the price that we paid. When we checked in they did not tell us about any of the amenities at the hotel and when we went to go look for a toothbrush there was nobody at the counter. There is no place to get food or a store. Very basic Motel. Not three stars

Had a major plumbing issue happen late in the evening (after midnight--black, smelly sewage backed up into the bathroom sink). The front desk person reported that the entire place was booked up, so they couldn't move us to another room. They also could not/would not call in a plumber to fix the problem. We left at 12:30am and just went home.

Don’t stay here Hotel smells clean when you walk in but that’s the only thing clean about it. Bedroom window wouldn’t shut al the way and all you can hear is the freeway.

They allowed dogs on the property and a dog was barking through-out our stay. The hotel is in need of a face lift. I will never stay at Stay America again.
