Long wait when we were checking in. Elevator had a weird smell. There were no bath towels in our room. There was hair in the hand towels that were in the room. Carpet had stains. Would not stay here again.

NOT BEING CLEANED TO CDC STANDARDS. DO NOT STAY HERE!! When I checked into my room, we dropped our bags off and immediately left for dinner. Once back we had a real look at the room, and it was DISGUSTING. They are not cleaning for COVID standards. We found blunt wraps on the refrigerator, so clearly Thorough thorough cleaning is not being done. The floors were covered in stains. I did not stay. I left after being in my room for 15 minutes. The residents staying there were unnerving to say the least. The front desk staff was very nice. The room was dirty and i did not feel safe there.

ont bother with this place. Check-in lobby cluttered and dirty. desk was very slow and unhappy appearing. Alarm going off, nothing done about it. Homeless people out front and one in the lobby, just talking with Desk personell . Room was hot, hole in the carpet. No soap/shampoo in bathroom. TV remote didn’t work. Bad place. Will not return.

I hated it, they made me pay 22.00 to use the restroom, the tv didn’t work and I was told I could check in early then when I went there they made me wait outside for 3 hours
