Terrible services dirty rooms and non working microwave

The sink in the bathroom was stopped up, I told the front desk nothing was done to resolve it. I would like a partial refund for the inconvenience.

The staff was not at the front desk upon check in and it took approximately 15 minutes for them to show up and finally check us in. The room keys didn't work and we had to go back and get them fixed. The rooms were not the best quality but we were fine as we did not plan to stay there except for sleeping. We ended up having to leave at 11:30 p.m. because there were bed bugs in the bed that my friend slept in. She got bit approximately 10 times. Bathtub was full of stains. Rolling chair in room was full of stains. Bathtub and towels had multiple strands of hair.

So disappointing. Wish I had a refund! I’m honestly not a picky traveler. But when I spend $140 at an Extended Stay I expect the same or at least almost the same standard as other extended stays. First of all the front doors were locked after coming from an event at 11:40pm. A sign said there’s a key in the box, but there wasn’t. I called the after hour number and had to wait to be let it in. Not returning Im allergic to pets and some people had dogs that were not service animals. The price of the room isn't valuable because it's not the most upgraded or cleanest place.

STAY AWAY!!! This place is a half way house for criminals. The place is disgusting, unsafe and the employees have no desire to do their job. Everything i ask for there was an attitude and i was told no. I tried to get new linens and pillows. they said they didn't have any clean all 5 days i was there. This is by far the worst hotel i have every stayed in. I you like the unsafe criminal element, well then this is the hotel for you. For family's and law abiding citizens, stay away.
