Never again The staff was rude and unhelpful. The landscaping crew were staring at me

There was pubic hair on the bed, piece of foil on bathroom counter, and the mirror had water stains. The curtains had moth holes that were very visible during the daylight. It was disgusting. The staff however was very friendly. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay America ever again.

Staff was friendly; but who does not have ice on the property? Crazy! Would not stay there again. Rooms need updating too. Breakfast was included but all it was, was muffins and bars.

Terrible property for the price. Paid $200 to stay here only because we had friends already staying here and we wanted to stay in the same hotel. Do not sty here unless the room is under $70. They allow dogs which is really nice but the whole place smells like dog urine. Everything inside is really old and outdated. Pictures must have been from when it first opened. I would never stay here again.

Terrible hotel! It’s an awful stay. People standing by the front door smoking upon arrival. The room was nasty and it was located under the busiest freeway. Our neighbors had yapping dogs that barked all night and day and several complaints were mad but nothing was done. The blow dryer that is suppose to come with the room was missing and we were refused a loaner. I had to go and ask the cleaning lady to “borrow” one from an empty room. Disappointing Older, dark and just not my kind of hotel.

When walking we weren’t greeted (not saying it’s required but a simple hello helps) the front desk person was on her phone then said what can o do for you. When you walk in you smell this weird oder. When you get closer to the rooms is honestly smells like raw sewage and collecting garbage. Don’t be fooled by the tag line of breakfast it’s literally 2 options of small muffin blue berry or banana muffin a granola bar coffee and hot chocolate.
