While it boasts being a non-smoking facility, it smells of smoke throughout. It seems very old, but might be due to the smell and lack of ventilation in the halls There is only one entrance, so the exit doors are left propped open by guests. So their effort for security is lost and you don’t feel safe at all.
On the third floor where our room was, was a trash room right when you got off the elevator, so the whole time we walked to our room, it smelled like trash. Our room was 4 rooms from the trash room and it also smelled. The “continental” breakfast was also disappointing. The good thing was, the hotel seemed clean. It just smelled where we were.
Didn’t like anything, needs updating, kitchenette without any coffee pot no utensils no cups . Bedding uncomfortable and lamp over desk didn’t work
Way overpriced. Bathroom had major mold smell and fan not working, had to keep door closed. Empty water bottles under bed, somebody’s dirty clothes under the other bed. Sheets had lots of stains. Groups of people gathered in parking lot outside of window, looked like a drug meetup spot, no security seen.
Upon arrival found out that they overbooked hotel and tried to accommodate with other type of room. Room given was NOT clean, every piece of linen had a stain. Hotel did not have access from parking in back. By the sign posted on the back of door it looked like the room is rented out for the use for/as a shelter room.
The hallway on the 3rd floor smells terrible. The room was bigger than most with a kitchenette, which was a nice added feature. However the toilet leaked all night, the floor was slippery and soaking wet in the morning. We advised the front desk that we would be gone all day and back in the evening and they said they’d fix it, they never did. Told us to put a towel Underneath it so that it wasn’t a bother. The grab and go breakfast is almost empty anytime after 715, even tho it’s open til 9. They don’t even refill the hot wa... read more
Definitely not my favorite Not the cleanest smelled weird, and there was dust everywhere. Also did feel comfortable sleeping under covers
Two thumbs down Not good. The first room smelled awful and the children next to the room were very loud. I had to ask to be changed to another room. The second room was a little nicer, but then my dog started choking on a left over piece of chicken bone that she found on the ground. It was the scariest thing seeing my dog choking on a piece of trash that should of been cleaned up. The towels and the bed sheets had lots of hair on them. Not a place I would stay again.
