Not an enjoyable time. Smelled like kitchen, Dogs barking at all hours, the noise of the cars on the freeway and the noise made by the air conditioning motor. Not an enjoyable time

It’s a half way place to stay for people getting out of rehab or jail. One entrance and people wondering all around with nothing to do. Very strange to mix that with regular hotel quest.

Hotel was dirty and the chairs in the room were stained and smelled. The iron was damaged and the front desk had to go through 4 of them to find one in good condition. However, staff was accommodating and allowed a late check out so we could get ready for a wedding.

Barking dogs from another room for hours and nothing was done

Not comfortable The shower rod was hanging off wall, the window would not close, the desk was a small table and could barely fit anything on it to even work. Also the closet was missing doors. The guests had children running around and throwing items at eachother. Staff didn’t say anything to them and allowed this behavior. I have pictures but the app is not allowing me to upload.

The first room had a strong oder to it and extremely unsanitary. We request another room the second room bed sheets had stains on them. The kitchen is not stocked with kitchen items. Had to request cups, plates etc. Very old refrigerator, microwave etc. Will not and will never stay at the hotel again. Did get a full refund. The young girl at the desk was very kind. I blame management and housekeeping!

While it boasts being a non-smoking facility, it smells of smoke throughout. It seems very old, but might be due to the smell and lack of ventilation in the halls There is only one entrance, so the exit doors are left propped open by guests. So their effort for security is lost and you don’t feel safe at all.
