I was taking a bath all lathered up and the water is turned off without a prior warning. Had to wait 10 minutes lathered up for the water to be turned on. No coffee in the room, didn't have coffee ready in the lobby either. Couldn't wait to leave that place. I was late to my appointments with the set backs. Terrible experience, not worth the money, won't be back.

I stayed at this property for 3 days and my room was not cleaned or service at all. My trash began to overflow and I ran out of shampoo and soap in the shower. This was a disappointing stay.

Danger We were making a move across country and we booked this hotel as one of our overnight stops. Upon arriving we were approached by a man who was clearly on drugs asking if we were looking for something. We were even more disturbed when we realized he was a guest at the hotel. He qent up to the second balcony and stood over our truck of belongings. we did not like it cus we had to go all the way to the front desk to ask for towels. we ask for them to do room service they told us no we don’t clean room o nothing till you have 5 days there

Bad When I walked into the hotel there was three tweakers in the lobby that look like zombies and we’re talking and talking and talking about what tweakers talk about nothing and the manager didn’t excuse them or anything the air conditioning did not work

A media noche me tuve que levantar porque me empezaron a picar chinches en la cama, por lo que fui a recepción con una chinche para mostrárselas y me cambiaron de cuarto, obvio ya no dormí bien y amaneci con varias picaduras!!! Como puede ser que el hotel no cuide este aspecto y peor aún que me cobren la noche, voy hablar para que no me cobren la habitación porque no es justo!!!

Not the best AC was loud and people playing music in the parking lot outside my room all night.
