Not worth it Service and amenities were poor, bed was uncomfortable. the whole facility was dated and in need of remodeling. we won't stay here again.

Looks great from the outside, inside is another thing all together. Its a no smoking property yet the room smelled like smoke when i went in. There was a used bath bar (with hair) in the shower, the shower curtain didnt entirely cover so you get water all over the floor, the hot water only got lukewarm at best and there were bottle caps on the floor. The price for what i got was absolutely ridiculous, should have been 1/3 of what I paid. Only upside was housekeeping was pleasant and smiled as I left.

Never stayed in an Extended Stay hotel. There was no hair dryer and nothing. The first room was not clean overall and horrible strong Indian food smell. The service staff were very nice though and after I changed a different room it’s better. I will not stay there again though.

Room 108 is in desperate need of a make over. Has anyone even tried to get rid of that black stain on the carpet? No clock or coffee maker? really? You can do better.

When I got to my room, I discovered a long black hair on the pillowcase, right next to the little sign stating everything had been checked prior to my stay. I called the front desk and they offered me a different room. This one at least looked like it had clean sheets, so I took that one. When I tried to log into the WiFi, I got a message that my room number and last name didn’t match. This made me concerned that they hadn’t actually updated my room number in their system. I didnt like being given a total then being charged extra for internet that was free.... Was charged for extra things unknown to me. I dont like being charged and not told for what. When i tried to talk to office they were rude and didnt make any sense... Very very unhappy!

expected better No room service while I was there. No in room coffee pot. The shower did not function properly, as much water came out the lower spout as the shower head making minimal water pressure. room was clean and comfortable
