Nonsmokers Beware The rooms at this hotel are all non-smoking rooms. This should be understood by everyone. I have been a loyal customer at this hotel for numerous stays. When I entered the room there was an off smell that I could not immediately identify. I left my things and left for a social engagement. When I returned it was late and I went to bed. Disrespectful unprofessional people Most unprofessional people I have ever encounter. Worse service ever. Unfriendly, rude, hateful, disrespectful. If I was any of these peoples parent I would of been plum embarrassed to see someone I raised treat others like they did. Not to mention they anwsered their phone impersonating the sheriffs telling me Id be arrested if I was on the property when I was trying to get my mo wy back for nights I didnt get to stay due to their toilet leaking into their office. The wife and I was not happy with the stay. We felt like that if we ask for anything we where wrong. Like the coffee ran out all the time. We ask for extra towels and felt we should not ask!!!! We will not tell anyone about the stay. Also we will tell them not to stay there for any reason.. We are not happy

This is an extended stay.. I would expect to have my dishes, paper towels, cups etc in the room. I was instructed i needed to ask for what I wanted. My air conditioner did not work appropriately and the toilet ran constantly. I had to have someone come up to the room to bring me a trash can as they hid it in the Cabinet under the kitchen sink. The website says includes breakfast. Breakfast is in the checkin office - Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and small prepackaged muffins. I really was not impressed with staff either..

No coffee in room. Continental breakfast was only the basic. Packaged products, nothing fresh, analog channels. Room was cleaned but not maintained.
