This is an extended stay.. I would expect to have my dishes, paper towels, cups etc in the room. I was instructed i needed to ask for what I wanted. My air conditioner did not work appropriately and the toilet ran constantly. I had to have someone come up to the room to bring me a trash can as they hid it in the Cabinet under the kitchen sink. The website says includes breakfast. Breakfast is in the checkin office - Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and small prepackaged muffins. I really was not impressed with staff either..

No coffee in room. Continental breakfast was only the basic. Packaged products, nothing fresh, analog channels. Room was cleaned but not maintained.

DIRTY, NEGLECTED AND DATED DIRTY! Renting a budget-minded room is fine, as long as it's clean and sanitary...THIS WAS NOT!! Here goes, start to finish: Check in took way too long with only one clerk in place...she was pleasant (the only positive note here), then it was filthy walkways to the room, which was only half clean with ashes on the table, trash under the desk, and a dirty toilet that couldn't be cleaned no matter how hard someone might have tried...bathroom had old towels that were supposed to be white, but were ins... read more

Nothing ,microwaves dirty the bed didn't make properly, socks under chair left from the person before me.not a good place I will never go to this place again

Our room had bed bugs. Although it's no one's direct fault, I think that more thorough checks of the beds need to occur after EVERY check out. Bed bugs is something that could potentially ruin everything that someone owns. This is a potential lawsuit waiting to happen.

Old hotel, didn't get cleaning service in my room, "Breakfast" is coffee and granola bars, You can Definitely get something better for the same price

After waiting 15-20 minutes to check in I was given keys to a room where someone was already staying. I went back to inform the front office and they were surprised. Then they offered to check on another room and left to see if it was ready, but took another 20 minutes of waiting. Also, Expedia stating that the hotel offers "breakfast" is an exaggeration as it is coffee and granola bars.
