The room, walkways and outdoor stairs were all in poor repair. We arrived only 45min. ahead of check in time and they had trouble finding a room for us that didn't have something in it that was broken. The carpet was filthy, bedding looked dingy and although we stayed only 3 nights ( I don't think anyone would consider that long term) there was no daily room cleaning and if you needed more towels you had to go to the office with the dirty ones and pick up fresh towels. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and packag... read more
The hotel staff was really nice however, the hotel itself was in poor condition. The room floor needs to be cleaned and my bed smelled like urine. Also my aunt who also stayed at this hotel had urine all over her toilet. I will not be staying her again and I would not recommend this hotel.
Always had to wait in the lobby for someone to appear. Check-in focused more on what not to do than anything else. Muffins and granola bars at continental breakfast stale. Room dirty. Bed extremely uncomfortable. 80% of the TV channels non-working. Overall, the property was run down and dirty. Employees unpolished. The only think I liked was the location was convenient for my trip purposes.
It was a scary place. I felt very unsafe to be there alone. There was so much fighting between tenants. Broken glass around my door from beet bottles, beer spilled at my door. Many things that made me feel unsafe
Dirty carpet, not good service. Place is worse than previous years. We’ll probably not go back there.
Many if not most of the guests were not typical tourists; they were generally men in their 20s or 30s who looked and acted like drug addicts. Men were in an out of the room next door all night long. I was the main witness to the armed robbery of a CVS pharmacy next to this Extended Stay. External cameras showed four men hanging out between CVS and Extended Stay. One of the 4 held up CVS while I was checking out; the other men seemed to head toward Extended Stay.
Mala experiencia Mal, había chinches en la cama y a mi esposa le picaron
Reserve y me dijo la recepcionista a las 12:30 de la noche q no había habitacion
Each time I went to the front desk i had to yell to get help from the back room. No bell. We were disturbed each time the room next door open or closed duing the night. Guests arguing and fighting on the platform outside our room. Dirty laundry and garbage outside our room door.
