Each time I went to the front desk i had to yell to get help from the back room. No bell. We were disturbed each time the room next door open or closed duing the night. Guests arguing and fighting on the platform outside our room. Dirty laundry and garbage outside our room door.

Had to changes rooms during my stay. The first night i discovered bed bugs. This ruined my entire stay. Breakfast is muffins and granola.

Room The whole room had a strong unpleasnt smell, the air conditioner had a diiferent bad odor as well as the ref.

Place stunk and no complimentary breakfast like it stated at reservation time. No Clean room and or made bed daily unless you pay extra. Definitely will never stay there ever again and do not recommend this to anyone.

Close, but no cigar! Chose location, close to hospital where brother was having surgery. 1st room bad order, switched to another room. 2nd room was not cleaned very well (stains on toilet seat, counter, floor not vacuumed). Front desk staff was wonderful. Condition of room not their fault. Next time, will pay extra and stay somewhere else.

HORRIBLE- Left Roomless in a sold out town My wallet had been stolen earlier in the day. Was in town for graduation so the town was sold out. Tried to check-in late, Front Desk staff was horrible. ZERO customer service refused to rent the room to myself or the other adult registered for the room. Told me Expedia was unreliable and my membership meant nothing. Will stay again The front desk clerk was somewhat rude and abrupt. Area had several homeless people. Early morning leaf blowers were near the door by 8 am and did not move as we walked by.
