The room was generally unclean and worn out. Bed was comfortable enough, but needs a really good cleaning.

The Management I rented a room for my son when he was in town and when he got to the room he asked housecleaning if there was a charge to make phone calls and they said no. He then made two calls to another city in Arizona and the charge was $3 for one and $60 - yes, you read that correctly -$60 for the other call. When I phoned to see if they would wave this absurd charge they said that they had explained that they needed his credit card when he checked in for "incidentals" and refused to remove their hidden ridiculous char... read more

Never again with Extended Stay confusing check in. Staff pre occupied and I was an inconvenience. shady people hanging out in parking lot and outside stair wells. Room was clean big with all amenities , however cold, pillows hard, bed is on wheels,rolls when you sit on it. Faucet in sink dripped, toilet ran, dogs barked and doors slammed until about 230- 30 am. this location on grant is off one of the busiest streets in Tucson, 5 a.m. traffic will wake you. Mistake.

Stay Somewhere Else "Lobby" was the size of a walk-in closet. When I arrived to check in, there was a line out the door with only one computer for one staffperson to check in or help all guests. Ad describes fully stocked kitchens. In truth there is NOTHING in the kitchens. You must go to the "lobby" to request your spoons, cups, pans, plates (and whatever). No garbage disposal, internet access slow, no amenities, breakfast is power bars and coffee, tech support takes a long time, not worth the price

Dirty The floor in the kitchen and bathroom would make my feet visibly drirty after showering. The noise from the busy street is loud.

Stay away The receptionist spoke so fast and threw so many papers to sign that it was beyond annoying. They charge 250 if you smoke in the room but they don't clean the rooms that have been smoked in. Ours reeked of smoke. The comfort of the beds were no better than a 50 dollar motel 6. Overall, the worst hotel I've stayed in. What a ripoff

Do NOT!!!!! Pros: free parking and lovely front desk staff Cons: GROSS FEELING; slept on top of bed- could not get under covers- seemed icky. Sparse. $110 per night? Kidding right? “Breakfast” was literally a basket of old nature valley granola bars; coffee and hot water. Mostly though felt like there could be bed bugs/ that kind of place. Eww.
