Checked in hours late because there wasn't enough cleaning staff to have the room ready at check-in time even though I had paid a month in advance for the entire stay

The Bed is terribly hard and wrecked my back

Close to the hospital Run down place, only good for short sleep to visit love ones in the hospital

Poor Accomodations AC was so noisy, hard to sleep. Uncomfortable beds, bedding was old, poor quality, did not feel safe here.

They could not find my Expedia reservation I booked my room by Expedia at a price. They do not respect the Expedia Price. They over rate the room. Another thing, it suppose that all the rooms are Non Smoking, and our room smells cigarrette all around, The guest below us smoke all the time and the smoke came by the bathroom. The smell was horrible... We will never stay in this hotel again... Maybe I won't use Expedia again..

it's alright no daily room service. tv hardly works. and theirs bugs. but least they gotta refrigerator and stove

Left early They put us in the middle of a group of halfway home residents, one of which sang Roberta Flack songs all night long. We had to ask hotel staff four times to talk with her until someone actually did anything about it. One of the front desk clerks we spoke with threatened to kick her out, which is pretty cruel seeing as no one had even talked with her at that point. We ended up leaving a day early.

Never Horrible room condition. Hives broke out due to rooms had pets stayed there. Carpet sticky onto shoes. Old and not clean. Did not stay there and hotel did not refund money either. Would have gone to hospital if spent the night!!
