予約が取れていない。。。 フロントの女性の対応は最低。予約されていないから始まった。 その後、Hotel.comの予約表を見せるも、予約されていないの回答。吐き捨てるようなため息をつきながら、「英語は話せるのか？」と乱暴な応対。息子が英語で対応するも、日本の住所が登録出来ずフロント女性のイライラ最高潮。とても不愉快。 結果、部屋は用意してくれるも、予約していた部屋ではなく、２ベッドが１ベッドに。いったいどうなっているのか。今回、Hotel.comから4泊したが、このホテルだけがこの対応。がっかりした。

Noisy night I didn't realize that I would hear sirens all night long (hospital across the street). I was disappointed that the rooms don't have hair dryers or coffee pots. There are also no ice machines on the campus.

old rooms. needs updating the rooms were old. dresser was broken. beds uncomfortable. pillows uncomfortable. the bathroom shower/tub lining was chipped.

Extended Stay America in Tucson Poor - had to ask for blanket which they did not have, no drinking glasses in room, no hair dryer in room or front desk, few tv stations

Not worth it. No housekeeping, had to get own towels from lobby, had to even get toilet paper from lobby. Shower would only get like warm at best. This is a place to crash for a couple hours of sleep but that is all. Expected at least a little more for the cost.

Very bad experience We booked king bed room and they only had queen bed. The room was very bad. The refrigerator was not working. The room was next to the office we couldn't sleep all night from the noise.

disappointing stay Fourth time I have stayed here, previous three stays were nice enough and good value. This time, however was disappointing. First I was sent to a room that was already occupied - surprised look on the woman's face who was comfortably tucked into bed for the night. Next room I was given I used the toilet right away as travelers often do, and the toilet would not flush - some water would go down, but not much else. I informed the staff and was handed a plunger - a real do-it-yourself kind of place. No succes... read more
