.super sad Hotels.com did not accommodate us with the right room the hotel was overbooked so we were downgraded and my money was not refunded I called them and told them they said they would offer me a credit I wanted a refund. The hotel bed was absolute terrible! The staff was not very kind the pillows sucked! And we woke up in the morning feeling worse than we did when we got there. From driving all day. I will not stay at this hotel again .

Never again staying there Only the outside of the hotel looks nice. Inside wasnt that clean we found a bug on our bed. When we got to our room the door was open told the person in the office she just check if stuff was missing instead of giving us another room.

予約が取れていない。。。 フロントの女性の対応は最低。予約されていないから始まった。 その後、Hotel.comの予約表を見せるも、予約されていないの回答。吐き捨てるようなため息をつきながら、「英語は話せるのか?」と乱暴な応対。息子が英語で対応するも、日本の住所が登録出来ずフロント女性のイライラ最高潮。とても不愉快。 結果、部屋は用意してくれるも、予約していた部屋ではなく、2ベッドが1ベッドに。いったいどうなっているのか。今回、Hotel.comから4泊したが、このホテルだけがこの対応。がっかりした。

Noisy night I didn't realize that I would hear sirens all night long (hospital across the street). I was disappointed that the rooms don't have hair dryers or coffee pots. There are also no ice machines on the campus.

old rooms. needs updating the rooms were old. dresser was broken. beds uncomfortable. pillows uncomfortable. the bathroom shower/tub lining was chipped.

Extended Stay America in Tucson Poor - had to ask for blanket which they did not have, no drinking glasses in room, no hair dryer in room or front desk, few tv stations
