Really not happy with my service, bed was hard as a rock and pillows were flat and lob sided ended up with a migraine

They'll make the mistake and the customer pays. Took $61. from my account without my knowledge and refused to help me out of the problem.

Will never stay at the Extended Stay of America No hangers in the wardrobe, TV remote did not work. No plates, forks and etc. as it supposed to be at such hotel room.

Worthless staff I realized I was attempting to check in early (11am) after a 7 hour drive. I was told the room was not ready. I asked were the restroom were so I could clean up. I was told there were no restroom available to the public so I asked to use the employee restroom I was denied. The clerk suggested I walk across the street to CVS or the gas station. I will use this this hotel company again.

Dieta and bad smells in the room Bugs in my pillow and bad smell of the carpets. Looks like its an old hotel

Find a better place First night water leak set off fire alarm and killed power for five hours and the company doing clean up made noise all night long and the generator they used stunk rooms up with it's exhaust asked for coffee pot and was told "but there is no power to use it" to which I replied I need for the morning. Took two days to get. Too many prostitutes around also.

Don't except the basic things in your room We were greeted on a hot day 113 degrees with no tea, or water when checking in. The continental breakfast area is a joke! What ever you do don't expect the basic things in your room like a coffee pot, or a hair dryer. The facilities is kept up and the room was clean, but over all we were pretty disappointed. Y.Y.

Man hating toilet motel No toilet paper, no tissue. No blanket. A toilet in which all me personal belongings sit in the bottom of the boll and in the water. Which is very unsanitary!!!!! And make it impossible to use. Was told it would be taken care of the next day. Person on the next day said they didn't offer that service.
