Room was not as clean as it should've been but for 1 night it was tolerable.

NeverAgain You walk in first thing floor stains all over the dresser one of the drawers was broken the sheets had stains on them. Will never stay at this place again or recommend it to anyone

Not very clean and always noisy. The place is not clean when checking in an requested it to be cleaned which was ignored, loud area and not recommend.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were old and flat, not one piece of dish ware in cabinets, no ice machines anywhere, no coffee in the morning empty and no one in helping to fill them. just wont stay again.

Disappointing stay with friends. We have been to this extended stay before, staying over a week. This time we came with friends for one night. It is unfortunate that is so complicated to get bare essentials. Empty ice trays in freezer and no where on the facility is there ice. No kleenex, shampoo, shower soap, hairdryer, coffee maker, in the room. I was able to check out a hair dryer later. It was close to the hospital. Even with a reservation, check in was not as organized as it should have been. The refrigerator was acceptable, but the freezer didn't look like it had been cleaned out for a LONG time. It was thoroughly disgusting. Another person's towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was an iron, but no ironing board. There was no hair dryer. The vending machine was entirely empty. Not worth the money Hotel was outdated and not a place for an "extended stay" I didn't realize that the hotel didn't provide basic services such as maid service and utentials in the room. There was shampoo but no hand cream or coffee machine etc. Definitely not worth the money. For a few more dollars I could have received so much more.
