Disappointing stay with friends. We have been to this extended stay before, staying over a week. This time we came with friends for one night. It is unfortunate that is so complicated to get bare essentials. Empty ice trays in freezer and no where on the facility is there ice. No kleenex, shampoo, shower soap, hairdryer, coffee maker, in the room. I was able to check out a hair dryer later. It was close to the hospital. Even with a reservation, check in was not as organized as it should have been. The refrigerator was acceptable, but the freezer didn't look like it had been cleaned out for a LONG time. It was thoroughly disgusting. Another person's towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was an iron, but no ironing board. There was no hair dryer. The vending machine was entirely empty. Not worth the money Hotel was outdated and not a place for an "extended stay" I didn't realize that the hotel didn't provide basic services such as maid service and utentials in the room. There was shampoo but no hand cream or coffee machine etc. Definitely not worth the money. For a few more dollars I could have received so much more.

Not a good deal in Tucson. Disappointing. I could not check in at 2 pm early. No coffee makers available and other guests were denied equipments for their kitchens. Overpriced for the area.

Won't use it again !!! Poor customer service! No amenities ! U have to bring down ur towels n receptionist hands u new towels that u have to fold it on ur own. First night toilet not working, cobwebs all over, dusty n no coffee maker etc in the room. Definitely not recommending it to anyone !!!
Will not stay again Their breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins (3 types), oranges, and instant oatmeal. For drinks it was cofee, hot cocoa, or tea. Extremely disappointed. No milk or juice of any type. Also they are under renovation, however nothing stated that. Not to big of a deal until at night, as at least some of the workers were staying at the hotel and acted as if they owned the place. You could here everything through the walls. Including the traffic.
very basic There is only one elevator for about 90 room. And there is only one luggage cart for the entire hotel. No ice machine (this is the desert) and No wake up call. There jack there rates for Gem show %100. It's a good $49 dollar a night hotel. Breakfast is coffee and a 2 o.z nut bar.
