Extended stay in Tucson My wife and I were horrified just driving up to this place in our $700 300c Chrysler rental car! We only had ONE pillow on our KING sized bed !!! Called & they said - We'll check " if we possibly " could have 2 more pillows 34mins later. Everywhere else - we always get 5 NICE clean pillows on a huge KING bed. It totally smelled of a Nasty chemical we've never smelled in our 53 lives. I know it's not a good thing to inhale that bad smell. Don't ever Stay at this Extended Stay America I have never been so disgusted at the condition and cleanliness of the room and hotel. The room was so filthy, that I almost slept in the car. I also considered checking out and staying somewhere else. I probably should have. Paying over $100 per night was not even close to what the room was worth.

emergency family trip We had to make an emergency visit because my husband's mother was very ill. Wanted a place with a kitchen to prepare our meals. Limited supplies are available at the desk for you to carry to you room. So limited not even a can opener was available. The add said renovated, not so. Outside walks were filthy, room dated, toilet leaked. They don't clean the room until the 8th day. Very disappointing.
this is not a 2.5 star hotel as expedia claims this is a very bad review for a 2.5 star hotel, I fell very disappointed, I booked the hotel thru expedia unpublished rate hotels. it was supposed to be a 2.5 star hotel, mattress is worn out, stains all over the carpet, breakfast included? they only offer coffee, muffins, granola bars and apples it is ok but this is not what I am uses to get at 2.5 star hotels. also the office closes at 10:30pm, expedia does not inform about this on the hotel confirmation. Not very pleasant stay. The staff was good. The room very dirty, smell of pets in room.
