Would not stay again. Found bugs in the hotel room. Breakfast only consisted of granola bars.
This Extended Stay property quality is poor! My husband and I have stayed in Extended Stay America properties in the past and were pleased with the room layout and amenities. Unfortunately, the Extended Stay property on Grant Road in Tucson offers poor quality and an uncomfortable experience. Upon check-in, they had no record of my pre-paid Hotels.com booking, changed the reservation to Expedia and attempted to re-charge my room stay. Wouldn't stay there again The hotel was less than satisfactory. We were booked into a room across from the elevator in a hallway which created a lot of traffic next to our room. the room had an off odor, no coffee pot or other cooking utensils present, no hair drier. I was in the office area twice, both times the computer was down and there were other patrons in the office complaining about charges or room situations.
unsanitary condition Hotel Staff is kindness. But, room is unsanitary condition. Dusty and a lot of mite in the room. A lot of mite bit us. We diagnosed with sarcoptic mange.
Just Plain BAD Terrible Hotel. Room smelled so strongly of smoke that we all had headaches after a while. Dirty, run down, cockroaches. No dishes, coffee maker, glasses - nothing. Management didn't care. We only stayed one of the two nights and got the runaround about a refund for the 2nd night. Never did get a reimbursement. Just Plain Bad.
The room was clean enough, but the facility is poorly maintained.

moldy carpet The room was bad. I had to order a coffee maker, which should have come with the room, and they didn't send cups. It also had a used filter in it. Bathroom ceiling caving in in shower, bed old and uncomfortable. and m!ore

it's Cheap! Not much to say except I couldn"t sleep

Never judge a book by its cover! Lobby closes at 10 pm. Had to call a number for service. Had reserved a room with a king bed and I got a room with 2 full sized beds. Beds were super uncomfortable. Right next to a busy street so you heard cars all night. The walls and floors seem really thin, we heard our upstairs neighbors walking around all night. In the morning they advertise breakfast.
