Bed Bugs My stay the first nite was awful. The bed was squeaky and I was itching all nite. The next day when I got back from work, I found 4 (four) bed bugs in my bed. I called the front desk and told them I was leaving and expected a refund, the front desk did not argue, just promised to reimburse me for my stay. I was planning a three night stay but left after only one.

Crack Extended Stay when we first walked up the stairs to get to our room the stairs and walk ways were filthy and it smelled like old stale beer you were afraid to touch the railing due to it looked like you would catch something as we entered the room it looked like a yard sale put together room the tv barely got any channels the kitchen counter had burn marks it was not a happy stay from what they have on line as the pics to when you get there it a whole 360 turn around.

Was unhappy with cleanliness of room. Cigarette burns on comforters & curtains.

Not much there. It's not a hotel. It's more like studio apartments. No housekeeping. They no longer provide dishes, cooking stuff, etc. They do NOT provide breakfast - just a store bought muffin. But they do have kitchens, and they're cheap.

Hotel from hell TV in first room did not work. Not one waste basket in room. They moved us to a different room. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke and did not have one comfortable chair to sit in. No phone in room..thank goodness for cell phones. They contacted us on our cell phone and wanted to know why we had reserved two rooms....we had not!! They insisted we had, but they would give us a free nights' lodging NEXT time,,,believe me, there will not be a next time and they better not charge us for two rooms this time!

Dirty This is my first review ever. The sheets, bathroom and chair were dirty. And it smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room I literally got nauseous from been there. The person at the lobby was nice though.

Below average Stayed for 5 days and only kept reservations b/c it was prepaid for. Room had smokey smell even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. Carpet and furniture stains made place feel uncleansly. No dishwasher to clean dishes. Low per night cost and excellent location made it palatable.

Absolutely Terrible This had to be the worst hotel experience that I've had in a very long time (maybe ever). Walked in the door and was overpowered by the smell of cigarette smoke. Sign proudly displayed on the little table saying "no smoking room". Front desk guy says they have a problem with ventilation system but don't have another double to move us into.
