Won’t do it again The establishment had fake advertisement, when you arrive in the room there is a list of items that are supposed to be available ( table settings for 4, pots & pans etc) .. I had to go downstairs and ask not to mention the attendant had to go search for stuff to give me 2x forks a pot and pan is what I received!!! Made it hard and inconvenient to provide a meal for my family .. pool closed .. entire room smelled like a casino but it’s a non-smoking establishment!!

Arrived at the hotel around 7 to check in and there was no staff at the front desk, staff was no where to be seen. We will try to check in again.

I booked online it show. The pool was open travel got there with my kids on my birthday weekend and the pool was closed under city investigation ruined my whole birthday.

Bad service We have to ask for soap and shampoo, when we were ready to take a shower there was hair all over the bathtub and you could see that it was not clean for a couple times. It was disgusting I wanted to give a bath to my baby and I did not because those conditions. It said it was free smoking area but we could smell the smoke also it said no pet in area and I saw the dog and heard it barking. The front desk person was not friendly and it seemed that I was bothering him when I told him my concerns

This hotel smelled and looked unsanitary i bought lysol and sprayed entire room. Breakfast was pretty bleak
