There are beds at this hotel, The bathroom/kitchen utilities aren’t clean as well as the hotel period.

There was cockroaches in the bathroom and there was water all over the floor due to the AC

Check in & check out process is slow & inefficient. The staff is not friendly & welcoming. No eye contact or friendly greeting. They should be taught basic customer service. I found a pair of dirty socks inside the sofa. Disgusting! This will be the first & last time we will stay at this hotel!

Not the best Extended Stay I accidentally booked an ADA room but they didnt have much available so I stayed there. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room smelled horrible, a liquid smoke type of smell with a rancid undertone. There were several cockroaches in the room and the refrigerator hardly worked so the food i bought all went bad. I've stayed at Extended Stay America in other cities and always had a good experience. This was not a plesant stay for me.
