The room was dirty and it smelled so badly. It was supposed to be a no smoking room, but it reeked of old smoke and pot.

$200 deposit for possible damages to property during stay. Arrived after 11PM due to late flight. Room had numerous broken and damaged pieces of furniture: Damaged nightstand, coffee table, ripped fitted sheet, oven door hanging, a cabinet door hanging, stain on kitchen washcloth, bent towel rack in bathroom, old worn-out couch. In the morning, was just going to leave but management said any damages would come out of deposit which is when I informed of the issues above.

Not clean enough and no hot water shower the workers staff are not caring enough we stay one night then check out next day .

Please remove this location from options within your website. This location was filthy, smelled horribly, is in a very unsafe area of Virginia Beach and the “grab and go” breakfast is literally a granola bar. I booked and paid for 5 nights and our family could only bare staying for 2. From the stained too sheets,stained walls garbage filed in the hallway, ripped sofa, being told that they have a “linen shortage” so the 2 bath towels for 5 people was all I could get was an absolute disgrace.

Beware of Bed Bugs We stopped for a night and couldn’t get out fast enough. The hallways had a bad odor, the floors were filthy, and there were bed bugs. I would not recommend this place.

Yeah it was bad, the room had Roaches

This was a horrible stay for me. When I went to go into my room I heard someone talking and thought there was a mixup. I closed the door and knocked. No one answered so I went in. The talking was in the room next to mine. The walls were paper thin. They were up till 1am and being very noisy. They also had a crying baby up all night. Outside my room there was a picnic area. There were about 30 people outside hooting and hollering until 1 despite the noise curfew. I left and drove 2 hours home and will not be back.

The staff was extremely rude including the management. Infested with roaches and management verbally told me she would take care of it right away JUST TO GET ME TO REBOOK AGAIN. HUGE MISTAKE 5 HRS LATER WHEN ENTERING THE ROOM IT WASN'T CLEAN BED HAD SAME SHEETS THAT I FOUND ROACHES IN. NO HOUSEKEEPER FOR THE 3 DAYS I STAYED. MANAGEMENT DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP SHE WAS RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
