Sadly disappointed Upon arrival, they informed me that my room was given to someone else and not available. I was travelling from MA to VA. My check in date was 7/10 and I arrived 7/12. I had to find another hotel.
Property smelled. We didn’t have enough pillows and the TV and door locks didn’t function properly.
Positives -Staff was very friendly and accommodating -The room was very spacious and clean Negatives: -THE ODOR. The whole hotel had such a terrible odor. I bought stuff to make our living space smell better but there really wasn't anything that could be done to make it better for more than a few minutes. - For a suite with a kitchen, I expected it to be fully stocked. Very dirty, staff to into their phones.
Hotel room was dirty and we saw some bugs in there. Lots of noise outside of the room but the biggest thing we were unhappy with was how dirty the space was
There were roaches in the suite. Old toilet tissue and not a fresh. Halls smelled of marijuana. Kids next door cried, beat on furniture or some item in their suite. People talked to loud. It wasn’t clean, floors and halls weren’t vacuumed at all

This property was AWFUL. There’s no other way to describe it. Extremely dirty, smells like vomit/seaman/cigarettes and weed even though we were in a non smoking room, in an awful neighborhood-crime city, loud music and screaming outside all night long, banging on the walls, staff was so rude. The ad for this place was false advertising. They make it look so nice online and that is the farthest thing from the truth.
