ROACHES... SMELLS REALLY BAD, HAD TO GET MY OWN LINENS AND MAKE MY OWN BED AFTER I REBOOKED. EXTREMELY UPSET.

I liked how professional the staff were and cleanliness of the room. The hotel apparently had some guests that were breaing the law because when i arrive at 12:30 just to be sure i was at the right location outside full of cops worh guns. Was not able to.checkin at 3 as olanned prior to the even i was attendimg. Food spiled in car due to lack.of refrigeration. Brought food from store prior to.arrival since i had a suite with a refrigerator. Was not able to.check in until aftr even around 8:30pm. Had to spend money not planne... read more

The woman at front desk was very friendly and had excellent customer service I think her name was Michelle. The room on the other hand was old, the couch smelled it look like it came from an alley, the toilet kept running all day and night, the tube and shower had cracks and stains, the towels were very old, and to top it all off at night there were bugs in the room and there is no cookware or cups or utensils the screen was filthy the coffee table was as well.

Roaches, I ask for towels and wash cloths they didn’t have none lucky I brought some with me!! Smell bad as well.

Never got to see the property! The rude person at the desk wouldn’t check my daughter in because there was confusion about the pet policy ! Please read the fine print at the bottom of the page !!

Was told by staff and guests on two occasions that I should park my car by the main lobby so it doesn’t get broken into. Upon check-in which the staff was great, my room was dirty. Full trash was left from previous guest. Bug in shower and no full size towels. The next day I saw multiple roaches and checked out early and had to get a room elsewhere for the remaining two days.
