Pics deceptive. Property maintained poorly. During 3 week stay, never used housekeeping. Cleaned my own room and laundered my towels/sheets. Yet when I requested late checkout on day of departure, got diff answers from everyone and then manager finally said no. Police/EMS there for assaulted, intox'd young male at 2am. Right by highway and speeding cars/lots of traffic. Grounds sketchy, felt unsafe. "Complementary breakfast" is coffee and granola bar in tiny "lobby".

The property was filthy, noisy, and sketchy. The room was very dirty with unknown stains on the vinyl flooring and bedside table. The air conditioner had mold in it with debris and crayons jammed in the grate. The room was malodorous of weed and cigarettes. The linen had cigarette burns in it. The staff for checked out on 4-3-2022, 7am, charged me by mistake, was not willing to apologize, not willing to admit his mistake. The other lady promised they will solve the problem and call me that day. I have not received any call from them and the mistake charge is still on my credit card. I am spending 30 minutes on waiting for my card card to answer my call!

Room wasn’t ready at 4:00pm. Upon entering, the smell was overwhelmingly gross. Carpet had what looked like vomit stains. There were tweekers hanging out around the property. Worst place I have ever stayed.

Booked online when we get there we find out it’s 100 deposit that we will supposedly get back. We stayed two nights and it’s been almost a year eel and they never gave the deposit back.

The property was dirty. The staff was rude and unaccommodating. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and musty. The room was dirty. The room had a heater that kept us up all night because it was loud and sounded like a helicopter.

The website states there are "Dining and cooking utensils provided" and there is nothing in the kitchen. Kind of hard to use the stove and microwave without cooking utensils. The room is set up for 2 people, but only an office chair at the table/desk. The pictures definitely didn't match the actual room. The bathroom was filthy with hair all over the tub - so obviously there cleaning system which is posted wasn't followed. The corners in the bathroom were full of dust and hair.
