Worst hotel stay ever!!! Do NOT stay at this hotel! When we arrived to the room, there were no pots, dishes, utensils. We chose this hotel to have a kitchen. Staff said they had no pots to provide. Carpet was filthy and made feet black. Ironing board cover was filthy. Other hotel guests (men) walked around with no shirts on, couples were openly arguing in hallways with profanity and in outdoor areas smoking marijuana. The lady at the front desk gave racist vibes. Said “you people” when looking at my ID and where I’m from. The hotel room smelled like Cigarette smoke. You had to go get dishes from the lobby part . They were dirty so you had to rewash . There is no dish soap in the room. The room was ok, will do for a couple of nights not a week.

VERY RUDE to a working class healthcare worker that needed a break for the holidays!!! Avoid this place at all costs and go with Marriott instead

The area was nice. The stove in my room did not work well and the Air Conditioner barely cooled the room.

Do not recommend!!! I would not stay here again...the rooms smelled like smoke and even though there are signs stating no smoking in the corridors, everyone was standing outside the doors smoking. The beds were also rock hard and the rooms were not very clean.

What I did not like was I booked a room with 2 Double beds, and when we got to our room it was two TWIN beds. Front desk would not change our rooms because they said Expedia booked it as two twin beds, since the other were not available. We will never go back. Expedia never let me know this. Horrible experience.
