Poor quality all around Horrible room , was full of bugs, and mold, stunk of smoke for a non smoking facility, bad enough my clothes came home smelling like smoke

It was just plain ole unacceptable. It aligned more with Motel 6. I checked out within minutes of checking in.

There was blood in both rooms they gave me. When they switched us rooms we had to clean the crumbs out of the every drawer. The assistant manager acted like we were making things up and treated my wife disrespectful. During a time with COVID and claiming they have a 10 point cleaning system, which clearly they don’t follow. Very disappointing.

Dirty, stink that lingered in the room.. tub had scuff marks.. infested with big spiders outside my door.. service was very poor by the mornings front desk workers n security..

To words -extended stay says it all! OMG what a dump!!! The neighborhood, the noise and the people in the building. It was more of a low income housing then a hotel. The cars and motorcycles racing and all the emergency Equipment all night long.

Check in reservation called for Queen Beds and received Full, Lighting fixture in Bathroom fell down, Electrical Wiring exposed in Bathroom which is safety Hazard, Towel Rack fell down which I fixed, Bathroom Seat very loose which I fixed, Light button in room worked on and off, Hair was in the Bed, Spider Web on top of Headboard, Orange Stains in the Bathroom.
