This property is not Handicapped Accessible. There three floors but there is no elevator. I booked yhis hotel with Expedia for five nights. After staying one and going out all day on the mext, upon our return the room was not cleaned. Upon checking with the front desk, i was told that my rate did not include housekeeping. Of course that was surprising. When i made the reservations on Expedia there was no indication thst housekeeping would be extra.

This AINT IT 316 hole in the floor red stains horrid smell

no coffee pot, or anything else I stayed here for the convenience; kitchenette. When I got to the room, there were no dishes, coffee pot, nothing except a microwave. There was a sign in the room stating if you needed anything, to come to the front office. I went there and requested a coffee pot, cups and a spoon. They did not have a coffee pot. What hotel room does not have a coffee pot!

Some of the staff seem sketchy

This is a non smoking hotel but soon as I opened the door I smelled smoke and cinnamon cloths smelled like smoke after being in there for 5 minutes went to front office and the lady said did I spark one up in here and I told here during check in I don’t smoke also there was dust and Cobb Webb’s every where as if nobody’s been cleaning the rooms out had cigarette burns on the night stand next to the bed but it’s a non smoke room the kitchen had no pots or pans no tuple whare so yeah prolly want be staying there again....

Nasty small rooms, Also room reserved was resold to another! We asked for 2 Doubles or Queens, They verified, also they were Nasty with Cigarette Butts, and filth around the entire Facility, I hope that I get my refunds! The Deposit and the charge upon arrival! We walked up the stairs, looked in and saw 1 double bed, not two! It was nasty! We called them and went back down with in 30 seconds! Then she offered the 3rd floor! PLEASE, No Lifting or steps. They need to clean up the area before they rent the rooms!

Room appeared clean popsicle stink in floor - condom wrappers and condoms in night stand blood on back of bedspread needless to say we left
