Bed bugs!! My sons and I developed bumps and itching within days of checking out!

Poor They said that it was non smoking- however the trim we stayed in smelled like smoke. You can hear everything going in around you. The bed cover had yellow stains. They really don’t provide a breakfast.

We had a very disappointing experience from the moment we unlock our door to find a window without netting.. and the awful smell of the room lead us to almost died! The carpet had vomit stain which was still wet. No coffee maker and toiletries was 1 mini bar soap and 1 mini shampoo and no conditioner. The parking lot was super dark and feels like you’re in a horror movie. Also the noise of the room above us and people outside kept us up all night. We woke up with panda eyes!!! Bathroom clean. Having to go to the unattended office wait for someone to come out from the back office to request kitchen supplies was deplorable. Air conditioner unit was inefficient loud and had very cold air blowing directly on you as you slept in a queen size bed placed against the wall in a “handycap “ room no toaster in the room. Carpet was dirty and Smelly should be replaced with laminate flooring. Mattress was comfortable. Unhappy customers Room was smaller than the pictures, room had a very bad musty smell(dirty feet) and the didn’t cater to our needs, we asked for more towels and they told us we had to bring our dirty ones down to exchange and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard.

Not that great... Trip was nice, stay was terrible. The room smelled stale. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hubby and I tried to work with it, until the bed bugs. I requested my money back, they said they had to get with hotels.com. Im still waiting.
