Horriable experience. The hotel had ants all over the kitchen so bad we could not cook or heat anything. The bathroom had ants on the sink and shower walls. No good cable. To top it off they don't come back in the next day to clean or give new towels. Outside the stair wells was dirty, smell like urine. Worried about the ants couldn't sleep. Very bad conditions.

Very overpriced hotel. Very rundown and in need of renovation. Breakfast consisted of coffee and shrink wrapped muffins. Expected much better for the price. Would not go back and would not recommend to others.

We reserved a room with two queen beds, when we got to the hotel, we were notified that there are no such rooms available. They gave us a room with one king bed. When we entered the room, we saw that the bed was full/queen sized. We were too tired to go back to the front desk considering it was 2 am. Also, there was a large, nasty stain on the carpet and the room stunk like sweaty feet.

Not updated. - very expensive although had a kitchenette so likely part of the expense. I just would rather some updated flooring and/or bedding and to feel a little more safe.

Worst hotel stay ever From the staff to the room it was the worst stay ever. My mom and I can from California to Virginia and was suppose to stay the week there but after one night we left . The room was Smokey and dirty. The toilet ran all night and the sink in the bathroom didn’t really work. I wanted to leave that night but my mom is older and didn’t want to move her in the middle of the night. I never went to sleep looking to see if any bugs would come out ... The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful.

Arrived late to the room. There was no toilet paper in bathroom, the pillow cases were not very clean and flat. Was unable to connect to WiFi. Called front desk and was transferred to help desk. I was told that my name had not been added as occupant of room. Called back to front desk and was told it would be taken care of. Never happened, therefore was unable to handle very important assignment. Also, suggestion....offer more than coffee for "breakfast." Thank You
