RATS After checking in as I walked out from the help desk there were approximately 10 rats... not mice but RATS running around. I'm glad my room was on the first level. I would have requested a refund and ran since it was non refundable I ran to my room. In the midst of getting to my room I found two very large spider webs which was also gross to me. Pass on this hotel , room was small, bed was hard, construction site view,, breakfast area was in the lobby which was very small however there was a McDonald's very close by..the area was nice, close to shops and eateries..beach was 10 minutes away. Returned back to my room to notice the dresser was pulled out away from the wall..per front desk, the exterminator had been in the room..there was no notice given..didn't see bugs during my stay until the day I checked out and saw a strange black bug in the bathroom..water pressu... read more

Dirty hotel but descent staff This hotel was extremely dirty. This is the type of hotel where truck drivers come and stay or prostitutes use to handle their business. I wish I had pictures to present, but I do not. It was out dated with very old stained mattress and sheets. The carpets had all types of stains on the floor. There was cigarette smoke residue everywhere. I had to go to walmart up the street to get bleach and cleaning supplies. Everything was disgusting ,dirty,nothing in the kitchen,no glasses,plates.

Ants Hair everywhere Somebody's dirty underwear in the room Old blood on bed skirt Food on floors They seem to to absolutely refuse to clean these rooms at all. DISGUSTING

Not impressed I chose this hotel because my AC went out and I needed one that was pet friendly with a kitchen so that I can cook there. And relax as if I was at home. So many things were wrong with my room/this hotel. No one ever came to change the linens during my stay. The cooking utensils didn't match. You also were required to order what you wanted to use as far as pots and pans and etc. The water pressure in the sink to clean the dishes...well lets just say that made it impossible. No one came to make the bed, take trash out or give me clean towels during the five days I stayed there.

Disasterous From Start to Finish We used Hotels.com for the very first time. When my husband and daughter checked in after a basketball game they were told they didn't have a room for them. They even had the Confirmation Number. After 40 minutes they said they found a room for them that there was a cancellation. They unpacked, got settled in, and there was no air conditioning the room temp was 91 degrees. Back to the front desk, waiting again, packed up and moved to another room.
