NIghtmare!! Lets start off with the first night we checked in at 3:00am we were given a key to our room after we brought all of our luggage to second floor we opened the room and it was disgusting it had never been cleaned from the previous guests, no linens ,no toilet paper and ants all over! I went back to front desk told them and she said we have no others rooms she gave us a few sheets to put on the bed for the night and said she find us somewhere to shower in the morning. Close to various restaurants Upon checking in I had to wait as there was only one person on shift and they were on break. When quoted the price it did not match the confirmation that I had received and I was told that they can not do anything about; even though my confirmation had one price and there was a totally different price in their system. Extended Stay Check in process was long. First room assigned was dirty. Had to return to lobby for another room assignment. Second room was better but had left over items in fridge.

Worst Hotel ever! I have stay in many hotels and this is the worst! The breakfast they offer is either granola bars or a muffin. There is no room service. If you need towels or any utensils you will need to walk to the office and pick it up yourself. No elevator!! If your room is on the 3rd floor your fu*k taking your stuff up and down those stairs. They charged me $47.84 for a 5min called in Virginia, they said that to them is long distance.. I will never booked them again. worst experience ever. Do not go there.

Bad mistake It was horrendous. Stayed there thinking it wouldn't be too bad. This was a horrible mistake. I could have payedone $50 more per night to be elsewhere. The room was filthy, dog hair everywhere and blood stain. The air filters had to have been dirty too. The air smelled really bad and the worst part is the ACADEMY is right next to the bed..if tou have a double type room. I have never seeneed such. How does one sleep with the AC over them? very unsafe neighbourhood My car was broken into while in the parking lot at this hotel. Very unsafe neighborhood. There was no elevator and we were given a room on the 3rd floor.

Terrible front desk staff, horrible experience The hotel did not have a room available when we checked in even though we had a reservation. The woman at the front desk was incompetent and clueless. Her looks of utter confusion were aggravating. We were offered an uncleaned room with no towels so we had to find another hotel at 12:30 am with a 14 month old. The staff was completely unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Friends of ours who actually did get a room here found bloodstains in their room. H... read more

Obviously in transition Lack of communication between employees left us feeling frustrated because one person said there would be no problem with parking our charter bus (prior to booking) and then when driver arrived he was told that he could not park the bus there. Service was poor--for a 3 night say we should have been able to get fresh towels but instead were told that it was not hotel policy to supply fresh towels for a short stay.
