Hotel Near Beach The experience was horrible. The floor was soaked due to the AC leaking along with sink and fridge leaking. Mold was growing on the AC unit and there were bed bugs cause my boyfriend to have to visit the ER due to allergic reaction because of so many bites. When we complained and asked for a different room they said there was nothing they could do because they were booked. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend staying here - disappointed customer!

I was shocked at the condition of this hotel I used the hidden hotel before and have been pleasantly surprised by the hotel selected. So I took a shot at it this time expecting similar results. Was I wrong this time! This place does not belong in the "hotel" category. Luckily the trip was to visit places in the area so we only slept or try to with the noisy air conditioning unit. wish I had something positive to say about it.

Not so much Room with double beds were small twin beds which look like they were leftovers from an adolescent's room. the fridge freezer was leaking on to the floor. Have to request pots and dishes.

Dirty, Small, and Aggravating 4 Price Requested early check in so we could get to the beach. I get there just before 2 and they told me over the phone my room may not be ready until 3. I'm fine with that but when I get there, rooms ready but they want an additional $10 cash fee for early check in. I'm like whattttt, who does that. not impressed 1st room latches on Windows broken, smoke detector beeping out of control as the battery was missing and still open from last guest . Only coffee available for breakfast . Told this is about it ! 2nd room air not cooling

BUG LIFE THE MOVIE Ants all over the kitchen, blood stain on the sheets, hair on the toilet and on the floor, dust on the vents in the bathroom all in the first room we stayed in. Asked to be switched in the morning still Ants on the counter again still stunk like dog. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! LOOK NICE BUT LOOKS ARE DECEIVING.

Don't stay here! Horrible! We got there at 8pm and check in was 3pm and we had to wait 20-30 min to for it to be cleaned before we entered it. We were offered a $20 credit for that which I never received. When I called to inquire about the credit days later I was lied to about the rate I was charged and even though the manager was there and promised us the credit she didn't even have the decency to talk to me herself instead she was telling the young lady on the phone what to say to me.
