Had my room booked for over 2 months and called 2 days before I was to check in. Everything was good to go according to the front desk. When I got there to check in, they had given my room away.

This was a terrible terrible experience. First upon arrival we learned that the elevator was broken and there were no openings on the first floor. This was not terrible. However when we entered the 2nd floor where we stayed the smell was TERRIBLE. It reeked and it was no different in the room! In addition, i went to shower and the entire bottom of the bath tub was cracked and it felt like a piece of tape was just covering holes in the tub because it was squishy. My room was not ready at check in. The elevator was out of order and my room was on the third floor. Also there was no creamer for coffee. Total awful hotel experience!

Its was nothing’s like the pictures it show online I ask for two rooms with queen side bed and they gave me double bed and it show swimming pool and theirs was none and it’s also show free breakfast and of course no breakfast so I paid a lot for this hotel never again

When I got to the hotel they did not have a room for me. I booked online and Expedia handled it. Lady at hotel said I should always call directly to them because they have no way to reach me and tell me even though I had a reservation there was no room for me since I went through a booking agent.

It was convenient to where my granddaughter lives. Available parking. I was very unhappy with the state of the room. Gum was on the nightstand and the key card envelope was still on the desk from the previous guests. This is extremely disturbing considering we are in the midst of a pandemic.
