Pictures Deceiving The pictures online were very deceiving. This place is dirty, old looking and stinks. Not pleased at all.

Unhappy customers Made reservation via hotels.com got to hotel no record of our reservation and they were book. Need a refund due to ya’ll charged us for a no show!!! We DID SHOW UP to be turned AWAY!!!!

We checked in around 8pm. No one at the registration desk. Called out several times and when the staff person finally showed up to check us in, he acted irritated that we had interrupted whatever he was doing. Getting fresh towels felt like an inquisition. As if anyone would want to steal towels from this place. Every interaction with staff left me wondering if customer service died and I missed the funeral. This place has been added to my short list of places to avoid.
